Premium Paint & Alloy Sealant is a new-generation nanotechnology coating which protects and enhances the appearance of automotive paint in one step. Nanolex Premium Paint & Alloy Sealant is a highly advanced coating product that is relatively easy to apply, even for users with only a little experience regarding products of this kind. As a result, treated surfaces are much more reflective and extremely hydrophobic. Washing is much easier and less time consuming, so the overall effort to maintain a flawless finish is heavily reduced due to using Nanolex Premium Paint & Alloy Sealant.
One layer of Nanolex Premium Paint & Alloy Sealant will repel water, oil and dirt. It also has antistatic characteristics and protects against chemical fallout and biological damage. The sealant is highly resistant to all kinds of detergents and washing equipment. With proper maintenance Nanolex Premium Paint & Alloy Sealant has a longevity of approximately 15,000 km on the surfaces it was applied to.

1. Nanolex Premium Paint & Alloy Sealant can be applied directly to all clear-coated (lacquered) surfaces. The lacquer surface must be dry and free of any contamination or dust. We strongly recommend to use Nanolex EX directly before the application to make sure that all oils/fillers and other dirt are removed completely from the surface.
2. Spread approx. 15-20 drops/m2 of Nanolex Premium Paint & Alloy Sealant on an applicator pad (we recommend standard cotton makeup pads) and apply it sparingly by rubbing in with light pressure and permanent circular movements. Remove excess material after 10-20 minutes with a soft microfiber cloth - Turn or exchange cloth frequently during polishing.
3. Directly after polishing the sealant is dry and the surface can be touched. At normal ambient temperature the sealant is completely cured after approximately 60 minutes.
